At Fruit Recruit, we intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. You can visit Fruit Recruit on the Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name, company and email address. It is our intent to let you know before we collect personal information from you on the Internet.

If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet , it is our intent to let you know how we will use such information. IMPORTANT: Please note that when you register as a candidate with Fruit Recruit, your confidentiality is protected until you inform us in writing about your interest AND availability for a specific job vacancy. We will NOT provide ANY personal information from our candidates to ANY client without the candidate\'s approval. Please also note that we provide both candidates and clients with a "https" internet connection. This is another example indicating how much we value your confidentiality during the start of the recruitment process.

The following information, as provided by candidates through our web-based candidate application form, is filtered and shared with our clients when they look for matching profiles for certain vacancies in their organization: 1) educational level; 2) level (from entry level to board), 3) languages; 4) management experience (y/n); 5) type of industry; 6) type of company; 7) skills; 8) job countries, 9) your preferred employment type; 10) package value; 11) brief ANONYMOUS candidate profile, and 12) your field(s) of expertise. We may also include relevant profile information available in the public domain. All the information provided to our clients is anonymous. At Fruit Recruit we filter all information provided by candidates before profiles are made live in the client data-base. We will only make candidate profiles live when we have reason to believe that your confidentiality is protected. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you or our clients, please send an email to candidates@fruit-recruit.com and we will respect your wishes.

We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us. We analyze this data for trends and statistics, and then we discard it. Without your consent (=approval) we do not share any personal information - f.e. your name, or the names of the companies you work(ed) for - with our clients. We do provide clients with candidate details after we have 1) received the candidates notification indicating he/she is available for this specific vacancy, and 2) tested the candidate against the most important selection criteria.
